•     Laboratory centrifuges: These devices spin liquid samples at high revolutions, working to separate particles of different densities.

•     Power exam tables: Used to support a patient in various medical applications. They are able to be adjusted in a variety of ways for proper placement of the patient.

•     Defibrillators: These are devices that restore a heart to its normal heartbeat by sending an electric pulse or a shock to the heart. Medical professionals can use them in life-threatening situations where the heart suddenly stops.

•     Electrocardiographs (EKG/ECG): These machines produce a graph of voltage versus time and measure the electrical activity of the heart through electrodes on the body.  

•     Infusion/IV pumps: These pumps infuse fluids, medications, or other nutrients into a person’s circulatory system, generally delivered through an intravenous needle.   

•    Patient Monitors: This is an electrical device that displays and records a patient’s medical vital signs, such as body temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate.

•     Ventilators: A medical device used to provide artificial ventilation by mechanical means of moving air into and out of the lungs. This is for someone unable to breathe sufficiently on their own.
